Pourriez-vous m’aider à réaliser mon rêve de devenir cuisinière professionnelle ?

Le monde de l’alimentation et tout ce qui touche à la créativité en cuisine me fascine!

Quand je suis arrivée à Paris, il y a 2 ans, j’ai réalisé que mon rêve d’être cuisinière était à un pas de devenir réalité. J’ai commencé à m’autoformer : faire des recherches et plus des tests dans ma cuisine.

Ensuite j’ai eu l’opportunité et la chance d’intégrer l’équipe de « La Main Noire », depuis 15 mois maintenant, je fais partie de cette famille. Sur le plan humain c’est une expérience extraordinaire et sur le plan professionnel j’ai fait des progrès énormes en interagissant avec le chef et mes collègues.

Récemment, j’ai pris la décision de m’inscrire à une école de cuisine pour me perfectionner et obtenir en parallèle mon CAP en cuisine Française. L’école a commencé le mois de septembre et tout allait bien. Malheureusement, je viens de découvrir que pour des contraintes administratives, l’organisme qui devrait financer ma formation sera dans l’incapacité de le faire. Cette annonce a été un choc pour moi.

Après avoir digéré cette nouvelle, deux options étaient envisageables pour moi : abandonner la formation ou faire tout pour obtenir la somme nécessaire pour payer mon école. Girl power oblige, J’ai décidé de continuer.

Et je passe à l’action. En premier lieu, J’ai réussi à négocier une réduction avec la direction de l’école. Et maintenant je me retourne vers vous : d’ici fin mars, il faut que je trouve 5500€.

5 100€ pour ma scolarité et 400€ pour le matériel professionnel.

Could you help me achieve my dream of becoming a professional cook?

The world of food and everything related to creativity in the kitchen fascinates me!

When I arrived in Paris 2 years ago, I realized that my dream of being a cook was one step away from becoming a reality. I started to train myself: doing research and more testing in my kitchen.

Then I had the chance to join the team of La Main Noire. For 15 months now, I have been part of this family!

On a human level it is an extraordinary experience and on a professional level I've made enormous progress by interacting with the head chef and my colleagues.

Recently, I made the decision to enroll in a cooking school to improve my skills and at the same time obtain my CAP in French cuisine. School started in September and everything was fine. Unfortunately, I have just discovered that for administrative constraints, the organization which should finance my training will be unable to do so. This announcement came as a shock to me.

After digesting this news, two options were possible for me: to give up the training or to do everything to obtain the necessary sum to pay for my school. Girl power obliges, I decided to continue.

And I take action. First, I managed to negotiate a discount with the school management. And now I turn to you: by the end of March, I have to find 5500€.

€5,100 for my tuition and €400 for professional equipment.
